Series 1 begins May 2026. Your first letter is posted within 3 business days of your start date and arrives via Australia Post. After that, two letters arrive per month — plus surprise gifts, challenges, and more to look forward to.
The Letter Society is designed for children aged 9–15. The story involves mystery, codes, K-pop and world travel — aimed at readers who love adventure and want to feel part of something bigger.
No. Everything your child needs is inside the envelope. The Decoder Strip, Membership Card and Field Guide Cards arrive with the letters. All your child needs to do is open the envelope.
If a letter doesn't arrive we'll resend it — no questions asked. The story only works if your child receives every letter, so we take missing mail seriously.
Yes! Every letter includes a field assignment. Your child emails their answer to secret@lettersociety.com.au and receives a personal reply. Ruby reads every message.
Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time before their next billing date. Annual subscribers can pause or cancel — get in touch at secret@lettersociety.com.au and we'll sort it out.
